Elizabeth is a dedicated Interior Designer & Realtor based in Franklin, Tennessee, with a passion for bringing beauty and dignity into spaces through thoughtful design and a keen eye for real estate opportunities. Her creative journey began early in Southern California as a wedding and lifestyle photographer, where she developed a deep appreciation for aesthetics and storytelling. After earning her Bachelor of Design from Chapman University, Elizabeth was drawn to the world of real estate investing and the transformative power of design.
Today, she combines her expertise in interior design and real estate to confidently guide buyers and sellers through the market, while also offering full-service design transformations. Elizabeth’s holistic approach is all about blending vision with execution—helping clients navigate every step of the process and ensuring each home reflects its own unique story.
Elizabeth often collaborates with her husband, Matt Impola, a skilled general contractor and specialty builder in Tennessee. Together, they have successfully transformed numerous local homes, creating cohesive properties that celebrate Traditional and Southern architecture.
